01 · Problem
With a strong presence across chain stores, pharmacies, and various e-commerce platforms, Rebul already had a wide sales network. However, its own digital sales channel did not fully reflect the brand’s strong recognition and market reach. Rebul needed a digital experience that could welcome customers into its own world, strengthen the brand experience, and improve sales performance. Within this scope, we renewed the brand’s e-commerce experience while managing its social media presence to create a more cohesive, contemporary, and performance-driven digital communication structure.
02 · Insight
For a heritage brand with high recognition and wide availability, the digital experience needed to become more than just another sales channel. Rebul’s owned channels had to evolve into a stronger brand space where product discovery, brand storytelling, social media communication, and e-commerce could work together seamlessly.
03 · Work
In our work for Rebul, we created a holistic communication language that brought the brand’s long-standing heritage together with today’s digital consumer habits. We structured social media management, content production, and production processes around a framework that made product discovery easier, brought the brand story to the forefront, and supported the e-commerce experience. We transformed Rebul’s iconic products, different usage moments, and brand world into a stronger, more aesthetic, and consistent narrative across digital channels. As a result, Rebul’s own channels evolved beyond spaces where products were simply displayed, becoming a powerful digital brand experience where consumers could connect with the brand, discover its products, and become more naturally involved in the purchase journey.
